Salakot

Salakot


Enough of Bayanihan Park's grass for now. Hehe.

I don't know the exact English word for "salakot". Hat is not enough. It's a native hat used by farmers here in the Philippines.

And I also don't know why there's a big salakot in Bayanihan Park. It's like a symbol already here in Angeles/Pampanga. I should research it I guess. Tomorrow I'll show you the huge salakot stage. :D

i like this photo. You know what, I like taking photos of ceilings, i always do it when i go to a new place. people sometimes look at me (probably thinking 'what the h--- is she doing?')but i still do it.
I love the lines &/ curves & their different patterns... =)

english/spanish/french name is salacot. It changes only the K. It is quite a global philippin name although unfortunately not so well known.
