That's the last stanza of the Holy Angel University hymn, which almost always gets salvaged when it reaches its crescendo.
This is the much-anticipated library building that looks like a mall. Hehe. I don't know much of the full features of the San Francisco de Javier Building since it was finished four years after my graduation. So it's my sister who benefited from this.
